Greenbriar One is an active adult community located in the Township of Brick, NJ offering residents 55 and better an array of indoor and outdoor activities. In addition, a variety of services are offered. Whether you play bocce or pickleball, shoot pool or play shuffleboard there are so many activities and clubs to be a part of. Our private 6 hole golf course is great for practice or tournament preparation. Our 27 thousand square foot pool deck has two pools, one lap pool and another heated pool that is great for an afternoon aquacise class. On the major summer holidays tickets are available for catered parties complete with a DJ. We also have a large private lake which is great for catch and release fishing or a quiet picnic with friends. For the bicycling set, there are 13 miles of roads and for the gardeners there is a large community garden. Our low maintenance fee covers lawn mowing, irrigation and snow plowing of the driveways.

The purpose of Greenbriar One's Homeowners Association is to provide continuity and order to the community by preserving, maintaining, managing, & enhancing the assets of the Association and advancing the interests of the homeowners. We also strive to promote a strong sense of “community” amongst our residents. The management team is governed by a seven member board of directors comprised of residents and elected by the homeowners. The Association employs an experienced team to handle the needs of the community and day to day operations.
